LATTE ART: THE HEART

1. Hold the cup at an angle towards the jug and pour between the centre and
the front of the cup, high enough for the foam to fall through the crema.
2. Once half full, bring the spout as close to the coffee as possible.
3. Pour in the same spot, aiming towards the centre of the cup, and pour fast
enough to create a large circle.
4. Once you have a full circle and when the cup is almost full, lift up the jug
and go forward through the circle.
